Federal Employment Notices

E-Verify, Right to Work & DoD Hotline

IntelliTech LLC is an E-Verify employer, committed to maintaining a legal and authorized workforce in compliance with federal employment regulations. The notices below are posted in accordance with federal requirements for employees and applicants.

E-Verify Participation

IntelliTech participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with each new employee's Form I-9 information to confirm authorization to work in the United States.

If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before any action is taken against you, including terminating your employment. Employers may not use E-Verify to pre-screen job applicants or to re-verify current employees.
